TYPE OF FAILURE
Poor wash result
Dishes are not clean.

The Service indicator
Rinse
displays a code: e.g. "AL" = drain fault.
Possible types of fault as follows (report the code of fault to the
service technician):
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Wash arms stiff (you should be able
to turn them easily by hand).
Wash arm nozzles are clogged
(visual check).
Rinse arm nozzles are clogged
(possibly by lime deposit).
Detergent concentration is too low or
too high.
Coarse strainer soiled.
Fine strainer soiled or obstructed
by lime.
Wrong programme selected for heavily
soiled dishes.

MEASURES
Open shut-off valve at site and switch on machine again.
Call the after sales service.
Call the after sales service.
Clean drain hose and restart drain cycle.
Call the after sales service.

Maybe restricted operation possible – call the
after sales service.
REMEDY
Take out wash arms and clean them thoroughly.
Check water outlet from machine to wash arms is
clear.
Take out wash arm, remove cleaning cap and
rinse wash arm thoroughly until soil is removed.
Replace correctly.
Remove rinse arms and decalcify them in
separate container.
Check setting of detergent concentration
See also operating instructions point 6.
Take out strainer, empty and clean it.
Take out fine strainer. If heavily soiled soak in a
vinegar solution. Then clean it thoroughly until
the pores are free.
Cleaning is to be done daily (see operating
instructions).
Select programme with longer wash cycle.
