1.7 Annual Maintenance
Condensate trap
1.
Clean the condensate trap of all debris and
buildup by removing the bottom and top cap and
cleaning the trap body.
2.
Reassemble the top and bottom caps after
cleaning making sure the float is clean and
installed in the body during the assembly
process.
3.
Confirm proper operation after maintenance is
complete.
Condensate neutralizer (if used)

Disconnect the condensate neutralizer from the
drain line.

Open the neutralizer and clean any sediment of
blockages.
3
Refill the neutralizing agent as needed.
4
Reinstall the neutralizer for operation and confirm
proper drainage.
