This fireplace is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces, such as surfaces near the heater outlet or light bulbs.

    4. The heater which is located at the base of the fireplace must be a minimum of 3 feet away from any combustible material. 5. The fireplace must not be modified in any way or used for purpose other than those recommended by Yosemite Home Decor. A. Corner Installation 1. Find suitable corner location for the fireplace 2.
  • Page 7 3. Insert two (2) expansion bolts. Use strong screws to mount it onto the wall. Each of the screws needs to come 8mm out of the wall. 4. Ensure that the screws are solidly mounted. 5. Lift the fireplace and place the keyhole slots on the back of the fire to the location pins. A gentle application of downward pressure will lock it into place.

    C. Attaching the Face Two people may be required to carry out this installation 1. On each side of the fireplace are two locating studs. Figure 2 Fig. 2 2. On the back of the glass face there are two brackets which hooks over these studs 3.

    D. Fire Logs & Rock Installation On both sides of the fireplace locate the two (2) small pegs (Figure 4). Press the green button on both sides and then you can remove the logs or rocks to exchange with another option.

    ELECTRICAL WORKS INSTRUCTIONS_________________________________________ This fireplace must be grounded 1. A standard electrical outlet must be close to the fireplace. If the electric outlet is required to be concealed, it can be located above or on the right hand side of the fire and behind the glass face.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS____________________________________________________ This section will explain the function of each convenient control. A. Operation by Control Panel There are four buttons on the remote control and four on the control panel of the fireplace. Each pair of buttons with the same label performs the same function. Power Switch for Heater function.
  • Page 12 There are buttons on the fireplace unit which correspond to those on your remote control for convenience. 1. Please ensure that the I/O button is switch ON. 2. Power control. Press the orange “On/Off” button to start using your remote. It will default to “LOW” power. The LCD screen will display the current room temperature, the default temperature setting and will flash three flame icons for the first 5 seconds while powering up.

    MAINTENANCE ____________________________________________________________________ Changing Light Bulbs Disconnect power supply before beginning any maintenance. 1. Light bulbs need to be replaced when you notice a dark section of the flame or when clarity and detail of the coal effect disappears. 2. Carefully remove the glass front. This is done by lifting the face up and swinging the front clear of the fire.
