• Remember that water inside the water
tank can be hot, when all other constitu-
ent parts of the steamer have cooled
down.
• Do not use the steamer if the dripping
tray, steam baskets and the lid are not
fixed up.
ADVICE
• Cook meat, fish and seafood till it is
ready.
• Always use only defrosted products, ex-
cept for vegetables, fish and seafood.
• If you use simultaneously a few steam
bowls, put meat, chicken or fish in a low-
er container, so that the released liquid
does not drop on products in the other
steam baskets.
• Put fresh or dried herbs to the conden-
sate collecting pan (5), to add additional
flavor to the products.
Choose herbs by preference: thyme,
coriander, sweet basil, dill, curry and es-
tragon, garlic, cumin, horse radish – it is
only a short list of well-known herbs. You
can combine herbs to add new flavor to
the products. When using fresh herbs it is
necessary to cut them and increase their
number by two-three times (in compari-
son with dried ones).

DURING COOKING
For the dishes with the long cooking time:
- Check the water level during cooking.
- If necessary, add water through the wa-
ter inlet (8). Do not replace the baskets.
HELPFUL TIPS
• Cooking time given in instruction is
recommended are indicative and may
vary depending on the size of the
food, the space between the food,
the amount of food, and individual
preferences.
As long as you become familiar with the
food steamer you can choose the cook-
ing time you wish.
• One layer of food is cooked quicker than
several layers, that is why it's necessary
to extend the cooking time in respect
with the volume of food.
• It is recommended to cut out food in slic-
es of the equal size, place thicker slices
closer to the walls of the steam basket
• For best results, do not put too much
food in the baskets, leave some place for
the steam-out.
• Stir the food from time to time during
cooking the large quantities of food. Use
oven mitts to handle the baskets and the
lid during cooking, as the steam is ex-
tremely hot.
• Do not add salt or spices directly to the
food during cooking.
• The juice collected in the drip tray (5) is
good for cooking soups or can be used
as broth. Be careful: the juice is extreme-
ly hot.
• Use entirely defrosted products only.
Using two steam baskets simultane-
ously:
- Always put thicker slices into the lower
basket.
