5.3.1 Defining a Conference
Procedure
Step 1 Click Predefined Conference in the navigation bar to display the predefined conferences in
the primary list.
Step 2 Right-click the primary list and choose Add Normal Conference from the shortcut menu to
display the General Parameters dialog box, as shown
