The Comfort Sync A3 may not be running the program for temperature and time automatically because the Schedule Sync™ feature adapts to changes in routine. If there has been a change in routine, the thermostat may have adjusted heating and cooling accordingly. Additionally, if the system is set to Temp Hold, it may override the programmed schedule and maintain a set temperature. Checking the thermostat settings and disabling Temp Hold if necessary should allow the programmed schedule to run automatically.
