INSTRUCTIONS
Place a suitable pan in the middle of the
induction cooking plate.
TAKE CARE! Danger of injury!
The hob heats up due to the heat that radiates from
the cookware during cooking.
Do not touch the induction cooking plate before it
has cooled down.
WARNING! Fire hazard!
High temperatures may cause a fire hazard.
Pay close attention to the cooking process when
preparing dishes with fat and oil.
Press the ON/OFF button (2) to turn on the
appliance. You will hear a sound and the LED
screen will switch on.
NOTE!
The cooking process does not start until a suitable
pan is placed in the middle of the induction cooking
plate. If there is no suitable pan on the induction
cooking plate, the error code E0 will be displayed
on the display and the appliance will switch off after
approximately 30 seconds.
NOTE!
If the induction cooking plate is switched on but no
button is pressed for two hours, the cooking plate
will switch off automatically.
SETTING TEMPERATURE/POWER
WARNING! Fire hazard!
The programmes will not prevent food from boiling
over or burning dry!
The food being heated should always be
monitored and intervention may be required to
prevent it from burning dry or boiling over.
After switching on the appliance by pressing the
ON (2) button, press the FUNCTION button (3)
several times until the LED lights up under the
appropriate symbol for the power setting.
The power of the induction cooking plate can be
set to a maximum of 2000 W in steps of 200 W. The
induction cooking plate starts at a setting of 1200 W.
Press the - button (6) to decrease the power or
the + button (4) to increase the power.
Press the MIN (7) or MAX (8) button to set the
minimum or maximum power.
Press the FUNCTION button (3) several times
until the LED lights up below the appropriate
symbol for the temperature setting. The
temperature is adjustable from 60°C to 240°C.
Press the - button (6) to decrease the
temperature or the + button (4) to increase the
temperature.
When the MIN (7) or MAX (8) button is pressed,
the induction cooking plate is set to power mode
and will switch to minimum or maximum power.

SETTING COOKING TIME
You can set a time after which the induction cooking
plate will switch off automatically. Proceed as follows:
Set the cooking temperature or the power.
Press the function button (3) several times until
the LED above the time symbol flashes.
While the LED is flashing, press the + or - button
(4 or 6) to select the cooking time.
− Short press the button to set with intervals of 5
minutes.
− Long press the button to set with intervals of
10 minutes.
The cooking time can be set to a maximum of 3
hours. The display alternates between displaying the
set temperature, the power and the remaining time.
When the cooking time has expired, the appliance
will automatically switch off.
SWITCHING OFF THE APPLIANCE
After the cooking process, press the ON/OFF button
(2) to switch the appliance off. This switched off the
appliance.
NOTE!
The fan of the appliance will continue to run for a
while after the cooking process in order to cool the
appliance. Do not remove the plug from the socket
until the fan has completely switched off.
CHILD LOCK
To prevent buttons from accidentally being activated
and the chosen settings from being changed, the
induction cooking plate is equipped with a child lock
(key lock).
Press the + and - buttons (4 and 6)
simultaneously to activate the child lock. You
will hear a sound and the display will alternate
between L and the chosen cooking setting.
Press the + and - buttons (4 and 6)
simultaneously again to deactivate the child lock.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Electrical hazard!
There is danger of an electric shock through contact
with electrical components.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any
other liquid!
Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning
the appliance.
NOTE!
Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaners on the
glass ceramic surface or the housing of the appliance
as these may cause damage. Use a special cleaning
agent for glass ceramic surfaces or a mild detergent
such as washing-up liquid.
