TRANSMISSION OIL

Running the transmission with low oil level can cause transmission damage. This type
of damage is not covered by the Warranty.
Recommended Oil
Use transmission oil T90, GL-4, SAE80W-90.
Oil capacity: 1.2 l.
Oil Level Check
Check the transmission oil level before each starting with the engine stopped and in a level
position.
1. Remove the oil filler cap (Fig 36).
2. Check the oil level (bottom edge of the oil fill hole) Fig. 37.
3. If the oil level is near or below limit, fill with the recommended oil up to the level (bottom
edge of the oil fill hole). Do not overfill.
4. Reinstall the oil filler cap.

Oil change
After every 100 hours of operation it is necessary to
change the transmission oil:
1. Check that the machine is in the horizontal
position.
2. Place a suitable container below the
transmission to catch the used oil, then
remove the oil filler cap, oil drain plug and
washer (Fig. 43).
3. Allow the used oil to drain completely, then
reinstall the oil drain plug and washer, and
tighten the oil drain plug securely.
4. Please dispose of used motor oil in a
manner that
environment. We suggest you take used oil
in a sealed container to your local recycling
center or service station for reclamation. Do
not throw it in the trash, pour it on the ground,
or pour it down a drain.
5. With the tiller in a level position, fill with the recommended oil to the upper limit mark (bottom
edge of the oil fill hole) Fig. 36 and Fig. 37.
6. Install the oil filler cap and tighten securely (Fig. 36).
