HANGING THE DRUM LIGHT
The dryer light automatically turns on inside the
dryer drum when you open the door. Your dryer's
drum light may be one of two types, as shown.
To change drum light type 1:
1.
Unplug dryer or disconnect power.
2.
Open the dryer door. Remove the light bulb
3.
Remove the light bulb by turning it
counterclockwise.
4.
Replace the bulb with a 40-watt appliance
bulb only.
5.
Replace the light bulb cover and lock in

Plug in dryer or reconnect power.

Failure to do so can result in death
or fire.
To change drum light type 2:
1.
Unplug dryer or disconnect power..
2.
Open the dryer door. Remove the light bulb cover
3.
Remove the light bulb by turning it
counterclockwise.
4.
Replace the bulb with a 10-watt appliance
bulb only.
5.
Replace the light bulb cover.
6.
Plug in dryer or reconnect power.
