MAINTENANCE

All maintenance should only be carried out by an authorized service organization.
This flooring laser has been designed to be a low-maintenance tool. However, in
order to maintain its performance, follow these steps.
a. HANDLE the tool with care. Treat it as a precision optical device, such as a
camera or binoculars.
b. AVOID exposing the tool to shock, continuous vibration or extreme hot or
cold temperatures.
c. STORE the tool indoors and in a safe place.
d. DO NOT immerse the laser in water.
e. Check the batteries regularly to avoid corrosion. REMOVE the batteries from
the tool if it is not going to be used for an extended period.
f. Always store the tool indoors.
g. Always keep the tool free of dust and liquids. Use only a clean, soft cloth for
cleaning. Avoid using any solvents.
h. After you have finished using the tool, always make sure that the switch is
in the off position.
