TROUBLE SHOOTING

Trouble
Power is not supplied.
Motor Cord or Connector Disconnected.
Not use the provided communication cable.
( LINK LED does not blink )
Controller Switch is set to Manual but trying
to start with an external command signal
Motor Does Not Run
through Input/Output Connector A.
Controller Switch is set to Auto but trying to
start with the Start Switch on the Control
Panel.
Error Code Indicated.
Not supply Air to NE261.
Low Air Pressure.
LINK does not blink.
Not connect the Plug to avoid Air Flow to Air
Output Joint of Air Output Joint.
Change the Parameter mode
Motor Speed is not displayed
At Auto Mode Setting Motor Speed Selection.

Cause
Inspect/Corrective Action
Check the Main Power Inlet connection on
the front of the selector unit.
Insert Power Source Plug correctly.
Connect the Motor Cord to the connector or
check the Motor Cable.
Use the provided communication cable.
Start with the Start Switch on the Control
Panel, or set the Controller Switch to Auto.
Start with an external command signal or set
the Controller Switch to Manual.
Check and correct the source of the Error
Code.
Supply Air to NE261.
Adjust air pressure to 0.35MPa.
Use the provided communication cable.
Insert the Plug to avoid Air Flow to Air Output
Joint when you don't use Air Output Joint.
Set Parameter mode
Output Connector A Signal. Or control by the
switch on NE261 operation panel. And set
Motor Speed by parameter
