1. Connection to power
Connect 12-24V AC or DC (polarity insensitive)
2. Relay volt-free switch contacts
Max switching current 6amp at 28V
NC (normally closed)
C (common)
NO (normally open).
3. Master code by-pass pins
Short pins together for more than 2 seconds to enter
programming mode without using the master code
4. RTE (request-to-exit)
Connect switch between RTE and 0V
5. Tamper contacts and micro-switch.
The micro-switch contacts on board close when the back
plate is in place. The contact terminals can be used to
trigger an alarm. Rating 6V DC @ 0.1 A.
Note: there is no alarm circuitry on the CA8.
