Lock release times (continued....)
To set the release times, use the touch buttons as
indicated on the screen and enter the corresponding
codes below. The time is set in half-second increments,
indicated by the last two digits of the settings code.
For example, to set Lock 1 on Door 1 to be open for 3
seconds, use the code 1106. Press the
confirm your choice; a tick symbol will briefly appear to
indicate that the setting has been accepted.

Setting an Additional Cameras

By default, Q series systems only display the caller at
the door panel that initiated the call. However, you can
add an additional camera at the door for a second view
of the caller. Any video camera with a CVBS analogue
output can be connected to the QVD's "CCTV" input.
Note that additional cameras cannot be powered by the
QVD and will require a separate power supply.
If a second camera is connected, you'll need to
programme the system to recognise it. To do this,
access the options menu as described in "Setting Lock
Release Times" and enter the appropriate code provided
below.

Where a multi-door system is installed it is possible to

set the system to access all the cameras connected. In

Button Address Numbering
Each call button on the panel is linked to a specific
monitor address, from 1 at the bottom to 4 at the
top. Please configure the DIP switch settings for each
monitor as below:

one button please refer to the notes in the Q series guide
to set the other monitors as slave devices.
