HOW TO PLUG IN YOUR PHONE

- Ensure your phone cable is plugged into the
Internet labelled port at the back of the phone
- Plug the cable into LAN port modem/switch
- Your phone screen will appear as configured
with your name or extension and any other
colleagues' numbers

HOW TO PLACE A CALL

- Enter a number
- Press the Send soft key

HOW TO ANSWER A CALL

- Press the Answer soft key, or
- Lift the handset

HOW TO END A CALL

- Press the End Call soft key, or
- Hang up the handset

HOW TO HOLD A CALL

- Press the Hold soft key, or
- Press the resume soft key to take it off hold

HOW TO BLIND TRANSFER A CALL

Blind transfer enables you to transfer a call to
another party without announcing the call
prior to transferring it
- While on a call press the Transfer soft key
- Enter the transfer destination number
- Press the BTransfer soft key to complete the
Transfer if you dial destination number via
Speed Dial keys

- Press the Messages button on the handset

- Follow the prompts to access the Voice
