This unit is designed to be installed into an existing HVAC system, and used as a virtually maintenance-free enhancement to current air purification technology.     Maintenance/UV Lamp Indicator Your pureAir HVAC unit requires no periodic maintenance beyond the normal replacement of the PCO Cell every year. It is recommended, for optimum performance, that the PCO Cell be replaced annually. The UV Lamp Operation Indicator on the face of the unit will glow when the unit is in use.
