*Pay attention to the cutting distance, too close to the edge of the document
will destroy the laminating effect.
*Move the blade to the center of the paper cutter, then use your fingers to open
the transparent plate and take the blade out. Then replace with the new blade.
We usually do not recommend doing this, because improper force can damage
the paper cutter.
Using the corner rounder
Evenly rounding the corners of documents, photos,
pictures, etc.
1. Place the document in the corner filler and promptly
push it down. Then take out the document when you
hear the sound.
2. After use, you can remove the transparent cover on the
bottom and clean crumbs.
DANGER
Before use, you can check if there are crumbs on the back of the blade. If so,
please remove them, otherwise it will affect the cutting.

Clearing pouch jam
This laminator is equipped with the "ABS Jam Release" function which is capable to
quickly fix pouch jams.
1. If the laminating pouch is blocked, please turn off the device, unplug from the power
outlet and let the machine cool down (during hot lamination).
2. Press the "ABS" switch to the right (as indicated by the arrow) and hold. With the other
hand, pull the jammed item from the insertion slot of the laminator.
3. After that, please refer to the instructions in "Care and cleaning" section to clean any
deposits and adhesive residues on the transport rollers of the device. This process needs
to be repeated several times.
4. If the pouch jam occurs repeatedly or the paper jam cannot be pulled out of the
laminator, please contact us at service@gemeita.com.

Care and cleaning

Deposits and adhesive residues on the transport rollers can affect the lamination result.
Therefore, the transport rollers must be cleaned periodically after use.
To do this, insert a folded sheet of paper into the insertion slot. Adhesive residues are
carried away by the emerging paper. Please repeat this process several times. Always
unplug the power plug before cleaning the device with a damp cloth. If necessary, the
shell can be cleaned with neutral soap and clear water soaked cloth. Do not use solvents
or abrasive cleaning agents.
