MAINTENANCE

4.1

CLEANING

Clean the laser beam output window periodically for continued optimal scanner
operation.
Dust, dirt, etc. on the window may alter the reading performance.
Repeat the cleaning operation frequently in particularly dirty environments.
Use a soft cloth material and alcohol to clean the window. Avoid any abrasive
substances.
Clean the LazerData
scanner turned off; or, minimally, with the laser beam
deactivated.
