Page 6: Assembling The Aircraft
Assembling the aircraft Glue up the intake set with epoxy. Install the front retract landing gear & steering. Please make sure the steering push rob is on right position and operation well. Glue up the front wing set with epoxy. The front wing mechanical set has been already installed by factory. - Page 7 Install the rear retractable landing gear set (which are operated by two servos directly) Please double check the rear retractable landing gear to be able with well operation. Install the Aileron servos Link up the Aileron push rods and glue up the servo cover well.
- Page 8 Glue up the lower rear fuselage with epoxy. Please be reminded to double check the cable of EDF & two extension cords of Aileron are already put into the right position before glue up action. Glue up the lower front fuselage. Please make sure all related servos cable to be linked up.
- Page 9 The canopy set is used push in method to install into main fuselage and push down the front canopy with click to lock Hand holds the front canopy and pull up to open it for changing the battery or doing any maintenance issue. Install the header cover by using strong double tape.
- Page 10 Link up the front steering push rod. Link up the rudder push rod. Double check the rudder push rod is able linked up with the front steering servo which has been operated the rudder and front steering together. Batteries sitting area and tight up with magic tape during on flight.
- Page 11 Please be informed to bend some angle of each retractable landing gear as shown before installation. This action can be let the retract gear operation easily. Put in all related parts of nose retractable landing gear and tight up with the four long screw and link up the steering push rod.
