Mounting
1. Attach the vent adjusting plate (11) to the front pillar (6) and fasten the
spring (9), spacer (10), adjuster knob (12) and the vent adjusting plate to-
gether with the screw (8).
2. Place the front pillar (6) and back pillar (5) on the pedestal (7) and fix with
the screws (A) and nuts. Place the charcoal tray (4) on the pillar and fix
with screws.
3. Mount the left, right, and rear windshield (1, 2 and 3) together and attach
the mounted windshield to the charcoal tray and fasten with the screws
(B).
4. Place the charcoal grid (13) on the charcoal tray (4) and the cooking grid
(14) into the desired notches of the left and right windshield. Slide the ash
catcher (16) in the slot.
Operating
1. Place some charcoal pieces in the middle of the grill.
2. Add some firelighter tablets among the charcoal. Preferably use fire-
lighters that are without odour and burn long-lasting. Never use spirit,
benzene or other flammable liquids.
3. Light up the firelighter tablets and wait until the charcoal anneal.
4. Distribute the charcoal with a suitable barbeque tongs and add more char-
coal. The max. amount of fuel to be used is 1.7 kg. Do not overfill the grill
and avoid big fires. Only burn just enough charcoal to cook your grill food.
5. Do not place the grill food on the grid, not until the charcoal has a coating
of ash.
6. Always be heedful and use common sense when using the grill. Do not
drink alcohol while cooking.
Do not dispose of the ash in the dustbin, no matter how cooled you thing it is.
First pour water on the ash. Before disposing of, make sure the ash has
cooled fully.
