If your TeckNet WM289 mouse's left click is not working after a fall, try these steps:

1. Check for Physical Damage – Inspect the mouse for visible cracks or loose parts.
2. Reconnect the Mouse – Unplug the USB receiver and plug it back in.
3. Replace the Batteries – Ensure the battery is properly inserted and has charge.
4. Test on Another Computer – Connect the mouse to a different device to check if the issue persists.
5. Reset the Mouse – Turn the power switch off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
6. Dislodge Stuck Button – Gently press the left-click button multiple times to free any stuck parts.
7. Avoid Disassembly – Since the manual warns against disassembly, do not open the mouse yourself.
8. Use Warranty Service – If the mouse is within the 18-month warranty period and has no visible damage, contact TeckNet for repair or replacement.

If the issue persists, the internal components may have been damaged, requiring professional repair or replacement.
