The instructions to install the Control Board kit are as follows:
Removing the Existing Circuit Board
result in serious injury or death to servicemen, pool users or others.
1. Remove the Phillips-
head screw securing the
power center cover to the
enclosure, and remove the
cover.
2. Remove the three mounting
screws securing the circuit
board assembly to the
bottom of the power center.
See Figure 1.
3. Remove the mounting
hardware that secures the
power connector to the
enclosure. See Figure 1.
(*) Note: Depending on the age of the power center, the mounting hardware will
consist of either four black plastic rivets or four metal bolts/nuts.
4. Remove the four white plastic stand-offs securing the circuit board to the
mounting plate. See Figure 1.

- Page 2 5. Slide the circuit board assembly out of the enclosure and disconnect the two RED transformer wires. Note: Older power centers will have a GREEN/YELLOW ground wire connecting the circuit board to the power center’s grounding lug (see Figure 1 on previous page).
- Page 3 Note: If the pool cover is not available at the time of installation, leave the wire jumper shown in Figure 4 installed. 7. Plug the iChlor™ Salt Chlorine Generator (SCG) cell into the power center connector. 8. Once the pool cover is completely open the iChlor will display a capital “C”, symbolizing Cover mode, and will default to 5% output.
