Troubleshooting

Possible cause
Plug not inserted into socket.
Automatic circuit breaker in
electrical distribution board
tripped.
The motor head is not
snapped into the lower posi-
tion.
Too many appliances connect-
ed to the same power circuit.
Appliance is defective.
Mixing bowl overfilled

Remedy
Insert plug.
Switch on the automatic
circuit breaker again.
Lower the motor head
until it audibly snaps in.
Reduce the number of
appliances on the power
circuit.
Contact customer
service.
Remove some of the
ingredients.
