For SATA clean RCS micro and SATA clean RCS compact
■ Press and hold push button "Dry " [1-3] / [2-2].
For SATA clean RCS the turbo cleaner
■ Turn function switch [3-17] from "Clean" to "Dry".
■ Press and hold push-button "Dry" [3-2].
■ Dry the paint channel and the outsides of the spray gun by holding
the spray gun under the dry jet nozzle [1-4] / [2-4] / [3-5]. Keep pulling
the spray gun off briefly during the drying cycle.
10.3. Adjusting the pressure regulators for cleaning agent
flow and air flow (only for SATA clean RCS the turbo clean-
er)
Notice!
The pressure regulators are adjusted to the ideal setting in the factory
and should not be changed. An incorrect setting could result in cleaning
solution being sprayed out of the unit.
The flow of cleaning solution and the air flow can be adjusted by turning
the adjusting nuts [7-2] / [7-3]. The air flow should always be kept as
small as possible.
■ The flow of cleaning solution can be adjusted by turning the adjusting
nuts [7-2] during the cleaning cycle. Turning to the left reduces the flow
and turning to the right increases the flow.
■ The air flow can be adjusted by turning the adjusting nuts [7-3] during
the cleaning cycle. Turning to the left reduces the air flow and turning to
the right increases the air flow.
11. Maintenance and repairs
11.1. Replacing the cleaning brush
■ Depressurise and vent SATA clean RCS.
■ Pull old cleaning brush [9-2] down at an angle and out to the front and
■ push the new cleaning brush into the clamping fixture [9-1] as far as it
will go.
11.2. Replacing the splash guard
■ Depressurise and vent SATA clean RCS.
■ Remove the old splash guard [9-4].
■ Push the new splash guard under the clip [9-5] in the right position.
