Adjusting the Carpet Pile Height Setting This vacuum cleaner can be used on multiple types of carpeting. To select a pile height setting: Turn the vacuum cleaner off. Make sure the vacuum cleaner is in its upright position. Select a pile height setting by turning the carpet height adjustment control to the desired setting.
