Montagem dos componentes
Importante
Verifique, antes da montagem, se todos os componentes estão
limpos e em perfeito estado.
Adote todas as precauções necessárias para evitar danificar
qualquer peça com a qual deve trabalhar.
Notas
Para entender melhor as operações a executar para a substituição
da fechadura, é mostrada apenas a mala (2E) sem a cobertura da
bolsa.
Desatarraxe os 2 parafusos (2A) e abra a mala atuando na pega do
fecho (2B).
Recupere os 2 parafusos (2A).
Desatarraxe os 4 parafusos (2C) e os 3 parafusos (2D) por dentro
da mala (2E) e remova o grupo do fecho (2F).
Recupere os 4 parafusos (2C) e os 3 parafusos (2D).
Desatarraxe os 3 parafusos (2G), remova a placa de fixação (2H) e
a placa inferior da fechadura (2I).
Recupere os 3 parafusos (2G).
Desloque a lâmina de retenção (2L) e remova simultaneamente
o pino da fechadura original (2M) do bloco da fechadura (2N),
retirando-o para fora.

Kit installation
Caution
Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition
before installation.
Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid damages to any part of
the motorcycle you are working on.
Notes
In order to better understand the operations to be carried out for
lock replacement, only pannier (2E) is shown without the bag
cover.
Loosen the no. 2 screws (2A) and open the pannier by means of
the front plate handle (2B).
Keep the no. 2 screws (2A).
Loosen the no. 4 screws (2C) and the no. 3 screws (2D) from
inside pannier (2E) and remove front plate unit (2F).
Keep the no. 4 screws (2C) and the no. 3 screws (2D).
Loosen the no. 3 screws (2G), remove retaining plate (2H) and
back plate (2I).
Keep the no. 3 screws (2G).
Move the retaining reed (2L) and at the same time remove the
original lock nipple (2M) from lock unit (2N) sliding it outwards.
