If still can not enter OS after disable security boot, please follow the
steps:
•
If encrypted, please ask
recovery key and Update FW2.4 and run factory process.
•
If not encrypted, Update FW2.4 and run factory process
•
Check if device encryption turn on
•
On -> rework done
•
Off -> please turn on device encryption for user
