Assembling the attachments

1. Assembling the large multi knife/
chopping blade: Place the large
processing bowl (E) onto the motor
base (A) as previously described. Fit
the large multi knife/chopping blade
(O), by pressing it firmly into place on
the drive shaft.
Caution! The blades are very sharp!

4. Assembling the small processing
bowl and small multi knife/chopping
blade: Place the small processing
bowl (Q) within the large processing
bowl (E). If the small processing bowl
is not fitted correctly, it is not possible
to close the bowl lid (F). Fit the small
multi knife/chopping blade (P) by
pressing it firmly into place.

2. Assembling the discs or dough
blade: Fit the spindle (N), by pressing
it firmly into place on the drive shaft.
Select the desired disc. Carefully fit
the disc by pressing it firmly into
place on the spindle.
Note: The dough blade (I) and whisk
disc (J) must be assembled firmly with
the spindle before pressing it into place
on the drive shaft. All attachments must
be firmly attached/correctly fitted to the
spindle.

5. When processing is complete,
remove the attachment and spindle
(N) from the processing bowl before
removing the processed food.

3a. The reversible shredding disc (L)
can achieved both thick and thin
grating. To achieve thick grating
results, place the disc with the large
grating holes facing upwards. To
achieve thin grating results, carefully
turn over the disc.
3b. The adjustable slicing disc (M) slices
ingredient to a consistent thickness
from 0.15cm (fine) to 0.75cm (thick)
via 28 adjustable settings. To
increase the thickness turn the lever
on the disc shaft clockwise and to
decrease the thickness anti-clockwise.

Cleaning and Care

1. Switch the appliance off, remove the
plug from the mains socket and wait until
the appliance stops completely. Wipe the
motor base (A) with a damp cloth.
Warning! Never immerse the
motor base, plug, and cord in water or
any other fluid.
Wash all parts, except for the motor
base (A) in warm soapy water. Dry
each part thoroughly before use.
All parts, except for the
motor base (A) and whisk disc
(J), are dishwasher safe. If using the
dishwasher, place parts only on the top
rack of the dishwasher.
