1 Positive battery lead
2 Negative battery lead
3 Wire harness
4 Fasten the A.C. magneto lead
and wire harness with the plastic
band.
5 Negative battery lead coupler
6 Route the negative battery leads
under the starter relay.
7 Face the starter motor lead ter-
minal towards the rear of the
snowmobile.
8 Route the starter motor lead over
the battery bracket.
9 Negative battery lead terminal
0 Positive battery lead terminal
A Oil level switch lead coupler
B Oil level gauge/dipstick
C Carburetor heater coupler
D Fasten the starter motor lead and
oil cooler outlet hose with the
plastic band. Face the end of the
plastic band towards the battery
bracket.
E To the parking brake
F Fasten the throttle position sen-
sor lead to coolant hose 8 with
the plastic band, making sure to
fasten the lead on top of the
hose.
G Starter motor
H Coolant temperature sensor cou-
pler
I To the brake caliper
J Less than 120 mm (4.72 in)
K Fasten the ignition coil leads with
the plastic band.
L Joint coupler
M Place the main switch lead cou-
pler underneath the fuel tank
cover.
N To the heat exchanger
O Main switch
P Tail/brake light sub-wire harness
coupler
Q Throttle cable
