Setting up an IRF fabric
You can use HP IRF technology to connect and virtualize HP 5920 and 5900 switches into a large virtual
switch called an "IRF fabric" for flattened network topology, and high availability, scalability, and
manageability.
To set up IRF links between HP 5920 and 5900 series switches, use SFP+ ports or QSFP+ ports.
