Preparing the Machine
No Parts Required
Procedure
1. Move the machine to a level surface.
2. Set the parking brake and lower the attachments to
the ground
3. Shut off the machine and remove the key.
4. Use a jack with a capacity of 2,494 kg (5,500 lb) to raise
the machine at the rear axle.
WARNING
Raising the unit relying solely on mechanical
or hydraulic jacks could be dangerous. The
mechanical or hydraulic jacks may not be
enough support or may malfunction allowing
the unit to fall, which could cause injury or
death.
Do not rely solely on mechanical or hydraulic
jacks for support.
Use adequate jack stands or equivalent
support.
5. Use jack stands with a capacity of 2,494 kg (5,500 lb)
to support the back of the machine.
6. Remove the right, rear wheel.

Applying the Decals to the
Steering-indicator Plate
Parts needed for this procedure:

Steering warning decal (125-8471)
Procedure
Apply the decals to the steering-indicator plate as shown in
Figure 1.
