Recommended Solution
The possible cause is that the illuminator brightness is too high or the light is too
focused. In this case, reduce the illuminator brightness.
1. Choose Settings > Snapshot > Illuminator Settings.
2. Decrease brightness for IO:1, IO:2, and IO:3.
3. Click Save.
Decrease the gain limit properly. If the effect is unsatisfactory, decrease the exposure
compensation coefficient.

2. Decrease the value of Gain limit.
Decrease the exposure compensation coefficient.
