3. Driver Installation

After completing the hardware installation, refer to the following
driver installation instructions for the operating system you are
using.

3-1 Windows 98SE

If this is the first time using your VPM-62289 USB 2.0 & 1394
Combo External Enclosure, you must first run the [SETUP.EXE]
from the "USB Drivers and Utility Installation" CD after connecting
it to your computer. Then proceed with the following:
Step 1.
Connect your VPM-62289 External Enclosure to your computer.
Step 2.
Insert the "USB Drivers and Utility Installation" CD into your CD-
ROM device assembled with your computer. The autorun screen
"Hi-Speed USB-to-IDE Driver Setup for Windows 98" will appear.
Click [Next].
