9. Warranty

Warranty
Thank you for choosing a UDX Bike from Urban Drivestyle.
You have a 12-month warranty on on the electrical components of your UDX Bike from
the date of purchase. Frame components have a 36-month warranty. The warranty is
based on legal regulations.
Please note that there is no warranty if
1. The warranty period has expired.
2. If you do not have an invoice and your order has not been entered in the system.
3. The UDX Bike was not used properly.
4. Technical changes have been made to the UDX Bike.
5. The UDX Bike has been stored improperly.
6. The UDX Bike was damaged in an accident.
7. If no original charger was used.
8. If the UDX Bike has been damaged by contact with water
9. If the UDX Bike has been used at extreme temperatures.
10. If no original replacement and / or accessories installed.
Wearing parts such as tyres and brake pads are not covered by the warranty.
