 Control knob

 No USB connection: Check the USB
connection. If you have connected the
loudspeakers to a USB hub, connect the
loudspeakers directly to the USB socket of
your audio device.
 The USB socket of your audio device is
defective.
 Volume setting too low: Turn the control
knob
 Headphones are connected to the
