• Make sure the hexagon nuts are tight in each
end.
• Vices could be an ideal helping tool for this
step.
• Turn over the bracket and place the wheel
section inside the groove.
• Make sure the shim rings are evenly
dristributed.
• A shim ring should be placed on each side of
each wheel.
• When done, turn over the bracket and place it
to align with the holes we drilled earlier.
• Insert the buttonhead bolt from inside of the
bag.
• Tighten the flange nut to the end of the bolt
pointing out of the bag.
• Repeat on all six bolts.
