Changing the File Name
1.
Perform steps 1 to 4 in "Playing Back Video Clip
Files" on page 111.
Press a or b to highlight the file name you wish

to change, then press A [Options].
The Options menu is displayed.
Press a or b to highlight "Rename", then press

or A [Select] to select.
4.
Enter a new file name.
To delete the last character, press C [Clear] briefly.
Press and hold C [Clear] to clear all characters.
5.
Press .
Note
• Following characters cannot be used for a file name:
/, \, :, *, ?, ", <, >, | and . (full-stop).
(Full-stop can be used for video clips in the memory
card.)
Sending Messages
1.
Perform steps 1 to 4 in "Playing Back Video Clip
Files" on page 111.
Press a or b to highlight the file you wish to send,

then press A [Options].
The Options menu is displayed.
Press a or b to highlight "Create Message", then

or A [Select] to select.
press
4.
Enter your message.
For details on creating a message, see "Creating a
New MMS" on page 70.
Note
• Video clips with a red icon cannot be sent attached to
a message.
