The headphones will not charge up
 The charging and storage box battery may be empty. First, charge the
battery in the charging and storage box or charge the headphones
from a PC or external charger (not supplied).
 Check the cable connection from the charging and storage box to the
headphones.
No audio over Bluetooth® connection
 Power the headphones on.
 Try to pair the headphones with your device again.
No Bluetooth
 Pair the headphones to your smartphone or media player.
 Please check whether the Bluetooth® function is switched on on your
device.
 The distance between the headphones and your smartphone or media
player is too great. Move them closer to one another.
Not all of the functions described are working
 The functions described depend on the functionality of the smartphone
or media player used.
 All functions may not work as expected, depending on the operating
system or software version of your smartphone or media player.

13. When not using the product

If you are not using the headphones for an extended period, it is
recommended that you recharge the battery in the charging and storage
box from time to time. This preserves the performance of the battery. It is
