The universal cutter can be ordered from
customer service quoting order no. 659057.
With the universal cutter use the appliance
at full power to prepare honey spread
(according to the recipe). You can find the
recipe in the instructions for use of the
universal cutter.
Operation
■ Before using the appliance for the first
time, clean base unit and tools.
■ Always unwind power cord completely.
W Risk of injury from rotating drive!
Do not attach or remove tools until the
appliance is at a standstill – when switched
off, the appliance continues running briefly.

Base unit with tools
An especially good result is achieved if the
tools are used for the following applications:
Stirrers for...
...Sauces, egg whites, milk froth, cream,
mayonnaise, whipped cream and light
dough, e.g. cake mixture.
Stirrers are not suitable for processing
heavy dough.
Kneading hook for...
...stiff mixtures such as short pastry, yeast
dough and potato dough as well as for
mixing heavy mincemeat dough, pasta or
bread dough.
The maximum processing quantity is
500 g of flour and ingredients. Observe
maximum quantities in the recipes!

■ Insert the required tool pair into the
apertures and press on the tools until
they engage.
Note the shape of the plastic parts on
the tools to avoid mixing up the tools
(Fig. B–1)!
■ Insert the mains plug.
■ Place the food in a suitable receptacle.
■ Insert tools into the receptacle and
switch on the appliance at the required
setting.
Settings 1, 2:
for working in and mixing in.
Settings 3, 4, 5:
for kneading and beating.
Pulse switch: M
for mixing or beating ingredients quickly.
W Risk of injury!
Before changing the tools, pull out the
mains plug.
Note:
Always switch off the base unit before
taking it out of the blended food.
After using the appliance:
■ Move the switch to 0/Off.
■ Remove mains plug.
■ Release and remove the tools by press-
ing the ejector button.
