Locate the pin The pin has been taken out E: Hold the backrest vertically and pull it up, then we can take off the backrest.
  • Page 19 C: Slacken and remove the screws which fixing the rear cover of backrest. Then take off the rear cover. Locate screws. The rear cover has been taken off D: Slacken and remove the four screws which fixing front cover to the backrest frame. Then we can take off the front cover of backrest.

A: Detach the massage mechanism. ( Refer to Guidance of disassemble the massage mechanism.) Massage mechanism has been detached.

  • Page 30 5-9:Guidance of service the seat pad assy. A:Unzip the zipper between seet pad and backrest pad Locate the zipper Unzip the zipper B: Disconnect the air hose and the wire connecter of the seat pad. Then you can take off the seat pad.
  • Page 31 5-10:Guidance of disassemble the side board. A:Detach seat pad assy.(Refer to Guidance of service the seat pad.) The spring has been taken down Seat pad assy has been detached. B:We can find two screws on each side board. Slacken and remove these two screw. Side board has been detached.
  • Page 32 5-11: Guidance of disassemble main PCB. A:Slacken and remove the screws which fixing the PCB box cover. Then take off the main PCB box cover. Locate the screws that fixing the PCB box cover. Slacken and remove the screws that fixing the PCB box. Pull the PCB box cover out.
  • Page 33 C: Use long nose pliers grip the head of PCB surpporter. Then use fingers lift the PCB up, then we can separate PCB from PCB surpporter. ( As the pictures below show.) Locate PCB surpporter. PCB has been separated from PCB supporters. 5-12: Guidance of disassemble the Transformer.
  • Page 34 ( As picture below show.) Locate cable ties that fixing the transformer wires. D:Disconnect all the transformer connecters that connect to the main PCB. Then we can take off the transformer. ( As the pictures below show.) Locate of transformer wire(When 2 locate of transformer connecters.
  • Page 35 5-13: Guidance of disassemble the Air valve. A: Take off the PCB box cover. And we can see air valve. ( Refer to GUIDANCE OF CHANGE MAIN PCB.) Locate air valve. B:Slack and remove the screws fixing the air valve Locate the screws fixing air valve.
  • Page 36 E:The air valve has been taken down The air valve has been taken down 5-14: Guidance of disassemble Inflator Pump. A: Take off the PCB box cover. And we can see Inflator Pump. ( Refer to GUIDANCE OF CHANGE MAIN PCB.) Locate Inflator Pump.
  • Page 37 C:Discontent the air hose Locate the air hose D: Slacken and remove the screws which fix the inflator pump belt. Locate screws. E: With help of long nose pliers we can pull the 4 inflator pump supporter out of the baseboard.
  • Page 38 B:Cut the cable tie fixing the remote control wire. Cut the cable ties. The backrest has been detached. C: Get ride of the insulation tape. Then disconnect the connecter. Now the remote control has been detached. Remote control has been detached.
  • Page 39 5-16: Guidance of disassemble actuator , Detach the backrest assy. (Refer to Guidance of disassemble the backrest.) A. Detach the backrest pad assy and seat pad assy. (Refer to Guidance of disassemble backrest pad. Refer to Guidance of service the seat pad.) Backrest has been detached, seat pad has been detached, backrest pad has been detached.
  • Page 40 F: At front and rear of footrest actuator there are bolt which fix the footrest actuator to the frame. Bolt at front of the footrest actuator. Bolt at rear of the footrest actuator. G: Remove these two bolts and we can detach the footrest actuator. The footrest actuator has been detached.

  • Page 43 C: Detach the backrest assy. ( Refer to Guidance of disassemble backrest.) D: Detach the side board. (Refer to Guidance of disassemble the side board.) E: Detach the main PCB box cover. ( Refer to Guidance of disassemble main PCB.) F: Slacken and remove the screws that fixing rear inner side board.
  • Page 44 C:Disconnect footrest air hose, then cut the cable tie which fasten footrest air hose together. ocate air hose connecter. Locate cable tie. D: Find the bolt which joint the footrest and connecting rod together. Locate the bolt. E: Use pliers remove the bin first, then remove the bolt. Remove the pin by pliers.

F: After the two screws have been removed, then we can detach the footrest. G: Slacken and remove the screws which fixing the footrest supports.
