Can I adjust my Brother machine's Sleep Mode setting?

Sleep Mode reduces the Brother machine's power consumption when the machine is idle.
You can choose how long the Brother machine is idle before it goes into Sleep Mode. The
Sleep Mode timer is automatically reset when the Brother machine receives PC data,
receives a fax, or makes a copy. The factory setting is 5 minutes.
If you try to print or copy in Sleep Mode, there will be a short delay before the machine
begins operating.
To adjust the Sleep Mode setting, follow these steps:
1. Press .

3. Swipe up or down, or press the UP OR DOWN ARROW to display General Setup.
4. Press GENERAL SETUP.
5. Swipe up or down, or press the UP OR DOWN ARROW to display Sleep Mode.
6. Press SLEEP MODE.
