Troubleshooting - laguna LBM 200 Manual

All bearings are sealed for life and do not require any maintenance. If a
bearing becomes faulty, replace it.
Rust
The machine is made from steel and cast iron. All non-painted surfaces will
rust if not protected. It is recommended that they be protected by applying
wax or a Teflon-based lubricant.
Clamp bolt
Guide rods and bearing wheels
The clearance between the guide rods and the rollers may need adjustment
with use. There should not be excessive clearance between the rollers and
the guide rods, but they should also not be too tight on the guide rods. To
adjust them, loosen the roller spindle-clamping bolt. With a wrench, turn the
spindle, until the correct clearance is achieved, relock in position with the
clamping bolt. The roller spindle is eccentric and when turned will change the
clearance between the guide rod and the roller.

Troubleshooting

3.
Check that the electrical power cord is plugged into the power outlet.
4.
Check that the electrical supply is on [reset the breaker].
With the power disconnected from the machine, check that the wiring to the
plug is correct. Check that the rubber insulation is stripped enough and is not
causing a bad connection. Check that all the screws are tight.
