Subject: Follow-Up on Fosera Ignite 150 Charging Issue
Dear Fosera Support Team,
Thank you for your previous response. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. I haven't used the units for about a month, and they were in the boxes during that time.
Regarding the PAYG credit, I would like to understand more about how to check and top up. When I press the test button, I still don’t see the expected output, and I’m not sure if the lack of credit could be causing this issue. Could you please clarify how I can check and top up the PAYG credit?
I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
Best regards,

To check the PAYG credit for the Fosera Ignite 150, observe the PAYG indicator: - Blinking green: The system has plenty of credit. - Blinking yellow: Low credit; the system will switch off soon but can still use PAYG networks. - Blinking red: Out of credit; power supply is switched off.
To top up the credit: 1. Purchase a credit token from your distributor. 2. Enter the token using the IR remote while pointing it at the system.
