3.1 Room Layout

To create a conformable meeting environment, telepresence rooms must be designed and laid
out to relevant requirements. For details about the decoration instructions for telepresence rooms,
see the Proposal for Decoration of the HUAWEI TP3106 Telepresence Room.

Room Dimensions
Room dimensions specified are those of a telepresence room before decoration. A telepresence
room must meet the following requirements, as shown in

Height: distance between the floor and the center rack
Width: distance between the ends of the cooling plates at the top of racks
Depth: distance between the center rack and the front edge of the center conference table
segment
Dimensions (H x W x D): 2700 mm x 8000 mm x 5300 mm.
No fixed objects, such as columns, are allowed in the equipment area or in the circulation
zone.
− The distance between the equipment cabinet and the wall is 500 mm to allow service
personnel to access the back of the system.
The passages on the left and right side are 1100 mm wide.
− The circulation zone (from the rear edge of the center of the multi-functional conference
table to the wall behind) is 1400 mm.
