The unit functions are only controlled by the included remote control. The unit is ready for use
as soon as the supplied 12 V power supply is plugged into the unit and connected to a
grounded mains socket.
To use the remote control, point its infrared diode at the infrared sensor on the unit and press
the desired buttons.
