  • Page 4 Step by step assembly instructions Step One Prepare the side panels for assembly by inserting 6 cam studs (A) into the allocated holes in each side as shown. Gently tighten the cams clockwise with a crosshead screwdriver. NOTE: Make sure the cam studs are fixed in a straight angle, and do not overturn. Step Two Insert one wood dowel (C) into each end of the top (1), the bottom (9) and the fixed shelf (4).
  • Page 5 Step Three Fix the top panel (1), the fixed shelf (4) and the bottom panel (9) to the side panel left as shown. Insert cams (B) into the allocated holes and gently lock the cams clockwise. Do not overturn. Step Four Gently slide the back panel (6) into the groves in the top, bottom and side panels.
  • Page 6 Step Five Now connect the right hand side panel (2) to the top/bottom and shelf as shown. Insert and gently lock cams (B) by turning clockwise. Do not overturn. Step Six Place the two adjustable wall fixings (I) in the top corners of the cabinet, and fix them with the four fixing screws (H) supplied.
  • Page 7 Step Seven Gently lay each door (7+8) down on your protected working surface as shown, and fix two hinges (G) on each door, using six hinge screws (E) on each hinge. The screws are tightened clockwise with a crosshead screwdriver. Step Eight Fix the two metal plates (F) to a sound wall as shown below.
  • Page 8 Step Nine With two people gently place the cabinet on the two metal plates. Place a spirit level on top of the unit and make final level adjustment on the adjustable wall fixings from the inside of the unit. Adjust the top screw with a Philips head screwdriver clockwise or anticlockwise until the unit is in level, and finally adjust the bottom screws until the unit is flat against the wall.

    Door adjustment Please follow these simple steps for door adjustment: In or out adjustment: Loosen the rear hinge screw anticlockwise, and gently move the hinge in or out to the required position. Re-tighten the adjustment screw by turning clockwise. Sidewise adjustment: Turn the forward adjustment screw clockwise or anticlockwise for sidewise adjustment of the door.
