TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
No Display
Touchscreen not responding
No Sound
Searching For Satellites' still
showing.

SOLUTION
Make sure power supply is +12V
or +24V
Check power connection.
If touchscreen not responding
while driving then Safe Mode is
on (see page 18).
Turn off power. Wait a moment
and turn back on.
Clean LCD with LCD cleaner.
Make sure you are only
momentarily touching screen.
Check volume.
Make sure GPS antenna is
raised to a horizontal position.
Make sure the unit has a clear
view of the sky.
PROBLEM SOLUTION
The unit powers on but does not Check the power connection.
boot up. If unit has been exposed to hot
temperatures for long periods
turn off for a few minutes to
cool down.
