  • Page 2 1. Description and Advantages of Pellet Water Boiler CBM 45 Series Pellet Water Boiler CBM 45 is designed to utilize wood pellets. It has a welded steel construction. It consists of two main parts - a boiler with a burner and a pellet hopper. The resulting heat is absorbed by the heat exchange surface of the boiler body and transmitted the heating system.

  • Page 5 Mareli Systems • Install an exhaust connection with a manhole for cleaning. • If possible the exhaust pipe must be short and with a minimum slope of 5% from the boiler to the chim- ney upwards. • Carefully install the exhaust pipe, which is fastened only to the chimney, and put it on the exhaust fumes nozzle so that it can not slip out.
  • Page 6 Mareli Systems Ensuring the temperature of return water For normal operation, the return water temperature should not drop below 55ºC. Therefore a thermostatic mixer to raise the temperature of return water must be mounted to the reverse heating pipe. If the check was not successful – the thermostatic valve doesn’t open the flow of the cooling water, or the per- meability of the thermostatic valve is too low – you must replace the thermostatic valve.
