(6) FAQ
What do I do if cannot get a reading?
If you cannot get the reading on the screen, please make sure:
•The Bluetooth icon is a blue color. If not, check the connection with the
thermometer. The thermometer might be o or have a low battery.
•The environmental temperature cannot be too high. Avoid direct heat and
sunlight projecting onto the thermometer. Additionally, a windy entrance
might cause the sensor to fail.
•If you've just come from either a freezing or a hot environment, a break is
advised before measuring your body temperature.
•If the iPad cannot display any reading after 6 seconds, please step back and
move forward again to initiate another measurement.
Why does the app beep when no one is standing in front of it?
The sensor of the thermometer could be activated from the sunlight or other
heat sources. Please move the station to another location or adjust the direction
of the sensor.

(7) How to install the application
1. In Apple Store, search for iFORA TM, download and
install the mobile application.
2. When opening the app for the rst time, you will be
asked to turn on your tablet's Bluetooth (Figure 4).
3. Turn on the thermometer by pressing the power button
4. In the app, under Available Meters, click the ♁ button (Figure 5).
5. The thermometer will show up in the list, representing it's been successfully
paired (Figure 6).
After placing the ATMS stand in a proper

location and locking the latches of the wheel,
we recommend marking the measurement
and waiting areas in order to clearly guide the
users. Make sure the thermometer sensor is
vertical to the ground.
When visitors step up to the ATMS, they

need to follow the on-screen instructions
and stay 1.97" to 2.75" (5 to 7 cm) away from
the thermometer sensor, stand still, and wait
for 1 second. The measurement is completed
after the beep. The temperature will be
displayed on the iPad within 4 seconds.
If the user has just come from either a
