19" STEEL DISTRIBUTION RACKS Assembling the Rack NOTE Finger-tighten any nuts or screws when assembling the rack. Once the entire rack is assembled, use a screwdriver or wrench to completely tighten all nuts and screws. 1) Find the base and place it on the floor. 2) Attach the right side channel with the panhead slotted screws and the hex nuts.
