- 1 Loosen Drum Screw Remove Gear Cover
- 2 Unscrew SHCS and Detach Strap
- 3 Remove Base Lower Groove Pin
- 4 Assemble Bottom Mast Upper Roller Bracket and Strap
- 5 Insert Top Mast into Bottom Mast
- 6 Place Carriage on Top of the Mast (Bracket Side Up)
- 7 Attach Mast and Winch Assembly Onto Base, (6) Bolts
- 8 Anchor Strap Onto Winch Drum and Replace Gear Cover

- Page 2 LIL’ HOISTER STRAP REPLACEMENT Loosen drum screw remove gear cover (this will allow access to the SHCS) Detach base from rear mast assembly, (6) bolts, (4) on base assy & (2) on back brace strap Unscrew SHCS and detach strap Place mast assemblies, winch side down, on a work table Unscrew top mast upper roller assembly &...
